A new position has opened that is critical to the team. As an Implementation Associate, you will help support clients, and the Implementation team by learning the client’s processes, configuring the system, and helping roll it out with the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding projects within the agreed timeframe.
  • Act as an in-between for customers and internal teams.
  • Run configuration workshops to understand client requirements and design CGRf based on these requirements.
  • Configure CGR Foundation based on the workshop design.
  • Run in-person and online client training.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate data imports.
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and continue the adoption of CGR Foundation.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CGR Foundation.
  • Demonstrate a high knowledge of Risk, Safety, and Compliance.
  • Work with the Product Manager and development team to identify new functionality.

Skills we are looking for

  • Minimum of two years of experience in implementing a SaaS product.
  • Valid Driver’s Licence and vehicle (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Knowledge in Risk, Safety, or Compliance is well-regarded.
  • Understanding of Project Management using both Waterfall and Agile methodology.
