CGR brings the risk bowtie to every user. The risk bowtie is a visual way of assessing risk in line with ISO 31000, is a named technique in ISO/IEC 31010, and was popularised by Royal Dutch Shell. It has since spread through oil & gas, aviation, mining, maritime, chemical, and health care industries.
All of CGR’s clients use the bowtie method, often from operations through to strategy, and from junior to CEO.
Importantly, the bowtie method is comprehensive and practical for every level of risk management: presenting enterprise and strategic risks to boards, reviewing cyber risks within business functions, submitting project risks to regulators (including Western Australia’s DMP and NOPSEMA), and everything in between.
