CGR has robust authentication and access controls, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), single-sign-on (SSO), and role-based access controls (RBAC).
In addition to access controls, activity monitoring and audit trail within CGR Foundation allows for comprehensive user activity reporting.

CGR Foundation is powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) computing infrastructure. AWS has strict security measures, including (but not limited to): ISO27001, SOC1, SOC2 – Security, Availability & Confidentiality Report, SOC2 – Privacy Type II Report, and SOC3 Security, Availability & Confidentiality.
Data ownership and privacy
You own your data at all times. CGR does not use or share your data without express consent.
Under GDPR CGR is considered a data processor and compliers with all requirements in that regard.

All CGR systems and team administrators can control what users can see, create, and update within the application. Furthermore, records can be classified with up to five sensitivity levels to allow that extra security important to all organisations.
